Hi my name is Judy, and i live in Apple Valley,Ca just
found this site and love it. I love to cook and collect recipes, i am disable and spend a lot of time on my computer, either looking at recipes or playing games.
I have four grown children, am looking forward to getting to no all of you. ;D

Hi y'all. I'm momtaylor aka Marilyn, lol. I live in Harrisonville, Missouri about 30 miles south of Kansas City. I love to cook and I collect cookbooks (I have over 350 so far). I usually only post recipes that I have actually tried at one time or another, unless it's a special request. Hope everyone has a nice day  |

Hi APLVLYGMA, Lucy, and momtaylor, Glad to have aboard on this great site. I too Like to cook and collect recipes, mostly I like to find recipes for other people.Let me introduce myself to you. I go by chief_cook but my friends call me Marilynn. I'm married to a wonderful man , Have 5 step-children and 3 of my own.We have number 9 grandchild on the way by Christmas.Got 3 cats and live in Mt. Carmel, Pa.(They call it the coal region)If I can help you at anytime please do so. There are a whole lot of nice people at here on this board. If you get time check out this site too www.easy-cooking-recipes.com/recipes . I think that it's best to keep your same name when using this board ,because we are in the process of moving these recipes to that site too. So we will have both message boards. They are trying to elimanate doubles of the recipes. So have fun and start posting anytime. |

Hello to everyone. My name is Lynn Bihun and I am now in a small town in Alberta Canada. I was born and raised all my life in British Columbia. Lived in Prince Rupert, Fort St. John and Nanaimo, Parksville and Prince Rupert once again. Three months ago I sold my home and moved to Wembley Alberta. I am kinda lost out here with no job and no friends in a very small gossip minded community. But in time I guess that will change. I crochet, knit, do all kinds of domestic projects. Love to do my own home canning. I have collected over 150 ribbons mostly 1st and 2nds in the fall fairs that I entered my baking and home canning in. My latest project is to make my own Beaded Christmas ornaments (X-stitch) on perforated paper and glue a felt backing onto it. They are beautiful.I found this site when surfing for a recipe and joined up I was so impressed with the people and recipes. Lynn

Hello - just signed up on here earlier today..
Hmmm ... what else to say ? ? ? ..... I'm just a normal working bloke from Norwich in eastern England, really enjoy cooking and always on the lookout for make-ahead meals as I often work late, or just something a little different for other times. You've got some really good recipes on here and I've already found several additions to my 'must-try' list without having to look too hard, thanks.
To keep things fair (though I'm really no expert !!!) I'll have a go at putting something, hopefully interesting / useful / tasty etc, on your board soon.

Hi everyone! I'm Roseann and I live on the north shore of Long Island, in New York. I am so pleased that I found this site - it has EVERYTHING!!! I love reading and collecting recipes. I was a private chef for many years and cooked all kinds of food genres. I cooked for anywhere of two to 300. I have an extensive cookbook collection (over 1000) plus the recipes that I cut from magazines and such. Now, the InterNet has opened a whole new world. I work in Fairburn, Georgia. This is about 15 minutes from Atlanta. Wonderful small town. I live in Union City which is about 4 miles away from Fairburn. My family moved here from Kansas City, Kansas in 1971 and we have been here ever since. I love to cook and bake cakes and cookies. One day I plan on having my own bake shoppe. I love to look at new recipes. This is wonderful. Thank you so much!!

I found this site while surfing the net. I'm from Baltimore, MD, home of steamed crabs, the Orioles and the Ravens!! I collect cookbooks and recipes. I'm married to my hs sweetheart (31 yrs this yr) and have 4 kids and 6 grands!! This looks like a great site to me!! I have lots of exploring to do!!
