Cake Decorating

I used to have a metal tube (not a bag) with a set of tips for decorating cakes but seem to have lost it. In looking on-line for a new one I can only find sets of tips with pastry type bags.

Does anyone know if they still make the metal ones? The bags are difficult for me to use because of arthritis in my fingers and the metal one was easier to handle.

I'm trying to get back into playing with the frosting and making new designs so this would be a big help.

Hi Nancy

I know about the arthritic hands, I use an in injector. It's like an over-sized plastic pencil with a plunger. Have a look at the following link:

Thanks Sylvia. I checked that link and it looks interesting.

I found a plastic one but it's a little large and I'm still going to try for a small metal one. It will be fun to play with again.
