I know there is a recipe for baking salmon patties out there and I have probably just missed it. Since I am diabetic I want to find a good recipe for baking salmon patties, not frying them. Can anyone help me? thanks, Sisterbea  |

Sylvia, I know you from the newsletter I think. Do you live any place close to Susan Boyle. Oh my gosh! I would buy an album from her! She has the most gorgeous voice in the world!I am so proud for her!!!!! She has done her duty to her mother and now it's her turn.

Your very welcome, I hope the salmon patties are what you're looking for.
Susan Boyle lives on the west side of Edinburgh whereas I am on the East, not too far as the crow flies aout 30 miles. I'm sure if Mr. Cowel gets his way, there will be an album soon. I get the impression from all the news reports, that, Ms Boyle won't be the easy-going walkover, everyone thinks she is.
