Scrambled Eggs with Asparagus
Serves 2
100g asparagus spears
4 eggs
ciabatta
a sprinkle of your favourite cheese (grated)
salt & pepper
Steam asparagus until tender
Scramble the eggs
Pile asparagus and eggs on slices of ciabatta
Sprinkle with cheese and season to taste
