Creamy Vanilla Iced Coffee
2-1/2 to 3 teaspoons instant coffee (See *Note) 2 Tablespoons sugar (See *Note) 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 teaspoons cold water 1-1/4 cups 2% milk 10-12 ice cubes (See *Note)
Add all the above ingredients into a blender.
Blend on high for 20-30 seconds, or until smooth.
Yields: 2 servings.
*Note: For a mild tasting coffee, add 2-1/2 teaspoons of the instant coffee. For a stronger tasting coffee, add 3 teaspoons of the instant coffee. Also, the ice cubes I added to this drink, were rather small in size. I added 10 small ice cubes, which 10 of mine will equal about the size of 5 large sized ice cubes. (If substituting Saccharin Sweetener for the granulated sugar, I used 4 packets.)

Hi Domestic Goddess,
Sounds like a real humdinger breakfast drink, must give it a try on a sluggish morning.
It's like a Gaelic Coffee - minus the whisky.
