Fried Lobster Tail
Ingredients: 4 (6 oz.) lobster tails 1 egg 1 cup breadcrumbs Oil
Sauce: 1/4 cup honey 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation: Remove lobster tails from their shells.
Heat oil in a frying pan, moderate temperature.
Dip tails in egg then breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
Mix together honey and mustard. Spoon over the tails.
