Ingredients: 2 tbsp. chopped onion 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained 2 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt Dash pepper 1 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese 1 lb. lobster meat, cubed 1 tbsp. melted butter 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation: Sauté onions, green peppers and mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk, slowly, cook and stir until thick.
Add cheese and lobster meat. Heat.
Place in greased baking dish or 6 custard cups. Blend melted butter with breadcrumbs; sprinkle over top of lobster mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
