I came across this quote in one of my numerous emails, was tickled by the dates. This guy surely knew what he was talking about.

Thanks for the reminder, but what's the point of making deliciously flavoured bread, if, there's no butter to slobber all over it??
I haven't made any bread for 17 days; didn't realise that bread making was a great way of keeping your hands in tip-top condition. Had to resort to hand-cream for the first time in a long time.
