Baked Herbed Fish + Rice Dinner 1 1/2 cups hot chicken bouillon 1/2 cup regular uncooked rice 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 10 ozs. frozen snap beans, thawed and drained 2.8 ozs. French fried onion rings, divided 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated 1 lb. unbreaded fish fillets, your choice, (not frozen) 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
Combine broth, rice and Italian seasoning together in an 8x12x2 inch dish. Cover and bake at 375 for 10 - 15 minutes. Top with beans, half the onion rings and Parmesan cheese. Lay the fish on top next. Then sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Top with cheddar cheese, remaining onion rings. Bake, uncovered, for 3 - 5 minutes.
