Mar-Far Chicken
1-pound boneless,skinless,chicken.cut chicken into-1.1/2-2"long-1"wide
3/4.cup.flour-----1.tsp.Baking powder----1-egg--dash salt
1.egg---2-3.T.soy sauce---1/2.cup-3/4.cup milk
Oil for frying.
To prepare batter,measure flour,salt,Baking powder,salt,in another bowl add egg,milk,soy sauce mix well.
Dip chicken in flour mixture first.then dip in batter next add more milk if batter is to thick.
Deep fry 365.drain on paper towels
Pink sauce Recipe....
2-cups of each:oil,catsup
1.cup sugar
3/4.cup apple cider-----1T.dry mustard(l use chinese mustard)
Mix everything in a blender and blend well,Refrigerate left overs
