Crab Cakes Serves 2
2 (6oz) cans crabmeat, drained 2 tsp mustard 2 egg whites 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 2 TBS dehydrated onion flakes 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
Combine all ingredients until well blended. Coat non-stick pan with cooking spray. Shape mixture into 4 crab cake patties and cook over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through.
