I would really like recipes for any and all kinds of sauces for desserts such as HOT FUDGE, lemon, any kind of fruit, custard, alcohols. I don't really care for regular thin chocolate sauces like Hershey's. I do like sauce on bread pudding, cake, fruit cobblers, ice cream and fresh fruit. I have had really good ones in restaurants but they don't want to share....bummer....
