Wonderful on grilled fish.
Yield: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
2 med. Oranges, peeled, sectioned, and chopped
1 cup Fresh pineapple, chopped
1 med. Jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
2 tbsp. Thinly sliced green onion
1 tbsp. Cilantro, snipped
1 tsp. Lime peel, shredded
Instructions:
Stir together oranges, pineapple, jalapeno pepper, green onion, cilantro, lime peel and dash salt in a bowl. Cover and chill for about 4 hours.
