Crab And Cream Fettuccine
9 ounces refrigerated fettuccine 3/4 cup half and half 1/2 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons butter 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 8 ounces imitation crabmeat (surimi) *Garlic Powder for added taste (Yours!) 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
In 4-quart Dutch oven, cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain. Immediately return fettuccine to pan. Stir half and half, sour cream, butter, and salt into hot cooked fettuccine. Add cheese and crab; mix lightly. Taste, and add some garlic powder to enhance the flavor. To serve, spoon onto serving platter; top with green onions. Makes 4 servings.
