Makes about 1 cup sauce
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chili sauce 1/2 cup ketchup 1 to 2 teaspoons fresh grated grapefruit peel 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed grapefruit juice 2 to 3 Sunkist grapefruit, peeled, sectioned, and chilled 1 pound medium-large shrimp, shelled, deveined, cooked, and chilled Citrus Ice Bowl
Procedure:
To make the sauce, in a small bowl, combine the chili sauce, ketchup, grapefruit peel and grapefruit juice; cover and chill.
Arrange chilled grapefruit sections and shrimp in Citrus Ice Bowl or serving bowl. Serve sauce as a dip for grapefruit sections and shrimp.
Lemon Variation
Substitute fresh grated peel of 1 lemon and juice of 1/2 lemon for grapefruit peel and juice.
