Fettuccine and Shrimp Platter ½ lb. pkg. Spaghetti, fettuccini or linguini 3 Tbl. butter 3 Tbl. olive oil ½ lb. med. shrimp, shelled and deveined 1 clove garlic, minced 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese ¼ c. chopped fresh dill salt to taste ½ tsp. coarsely ground pepper Prepare pasta according to package and drain. In a large skillet heat oil and butter. Add shrimp and garlic; cook and stir until shrimp are opaque. Combine hot cooked pasta, shrimp mixture, cheese, dill, salt and pepper. Toss to mix.
