Salmon with Lemon Dill Sauce 1/2 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill, you may substitute 1 to 2 teaspoons dried dillweed, crumbled 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 medium tomato(es), seeded and diced 4 salmon steaks, 3/4 inch thick (6 ounces each), you may substitute halibut steaks 1. In medium bowl combine mayonnaise, dill and lemon juice. Transfer 1/2 cup to another bowl; stir in tomato and set aside. 2. Brush fish steaks with remaining mayonnaise mixture. 3. Grill or broil fish steaks 6 inches from heat, turning once, about 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serve with mayonnaise mixture. Serves: 4
