Lime Ginger Shrimp tangy and quick Serves 2 people Ingredients juice of 1 lime 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger 1 garlic glove, grated or crushed 1 tbsp chili oil 1 lb tiger shrimp in shells, deveined
Directions Mix together juice, ginger and garlic, pour over shrimp and marinate for 1/2 hour. Preheat oil in skillet, medium heat. Pour shrimp, with marinade, into pan and sautee for 5-10 minutes, until sauce thickens. Serve as is or over rice.
