FRIED OYSTER FRITTERS 1 pint oysters, salt and pepper to taste 1½ tsp. baking powder Flour enough to make them stick together.
If too thick, thin with a little milk. Put in a pinch of baking soda, this will make them crispy on the outside. Fry in hot grease. Do not cover while cooking.
