(Serves two) Time to make = 15 minutes
Ingredients: 2 fish fillets (tilapia or snapper) 1 garlic clove cut into 4 pieces 2 tsp. green cappers 2 tsp. olive oil 1/2 cup white wine juice of one lemon Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions: Heat olive oil on medium high heat. Salt and pepper the fillets and add to the oil. Add the garlic, cappers, lemon and wine. Cover and cook for about 6-8 minutes until the fillets are just cooked through. Serve hot with Broccoli Rape and rice.
