1 pound Haddock salt and pepper 1 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons chopped dill pickles 2 tablespoons chopped green peppers 2 tablespoons chopped onion 1 tablespoon parsley 1 tablespoon lemon juice ¼ teaspoon sweet basil ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Place fish in buttered casserole. Mix all remaining ingredients together. Spread between layers and on top of fish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes uncovered.
