here's a filipino recipe hope you can try this.its very delicious and healthy too.
CRISPY FISH ROLLS You'll Need: 700g. dalagang bukid (black- tailed caesio) 4pcs. calamansi (Philippine lemon) 2stems kinchay (Chinese celery), chopped 1/2pc. small carrot, finely chopped (1/4 cup) 150g. pork fat, chopped 2squares tokwa (soybean curd), half fried and chopped 1pc. egg, lightly beaten 1pc. medium onion, chopped 1/4cup all-purpose flour 1can(140g.)Tomato Sauce 48pcs. small round lumpia (spring rolls) wrapper
Here's How: 1. Wash and clean the fish, (you can use any kind of fish). Cut into fillets and scrape flesh with a spoon. Remove bones. Marinate for 15 minutes in calamansi juice (if not available you can use lemon), 1/2 tsp.iodized rock salt and kinchay. 2. Combine with other ingredients except lumpia wrapper. Add 2 Tbsp. soy sauce and 1/2 tsp. pepper. Mix thoroughly. 3. Wrap every 1 tablespoon of mixture in lumpia wrapper. Fry in hot oil until brown. Cut each piece into two. Serve hot with Ketchup.
