Salmon with Garlic Mayonnaise Prep: 10 min, Cook: 10 min. 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped 2 tsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. Dijon mustard 2 cloves garlic, minced 4 salmon fillets, about 1/4 lb. each 2 Tbs. olive oil Turn on broiler. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Brush salmon with oil. Broil about 3-5 minutes per side. Transfer to plates and spoon garlic mayonnaise on the side.
