SALLY'S MEATBALLS
3/4 lb ground pork 3/4 lb. ground beef 1 onion, chopped fine salt and pepper to taste 3/4 cup rice, soaked in water 2 eggs 1 cup breadcrumbs 1 cup ketchup or tomato sauce
Mix all but ketchup and form into balls; brown balls in a pan and put into an oven dish. cover with blended ketchup and 1 QT boiling water. cook in slow oven for 3/4 hours making sure they don't go dry.
