Peppery Halibut from Linda Rhoden
2 tablespoons Gold MedalĀ® All-Purpose Flour 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 2 (6-oz.) halibut steaks (about 3/4 inch thick)
1. In pie pan or shallow bowl, combine flour, lemon-pepper seasoning, parsley and garlic powder; mix well. Coat both sides of halibut with flour mixture; shake off excess. 2. Generously spray small nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add halibut; cook 1 to 2 minutes on
each side or until browned. Reduce heat to medium; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning once
