3 ripe bananas 2 cups flour 3/4 cup sugar 1 tsp salt 2 eggs 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 cup sour cream
Directions: Cream bananas with a fork. Beat eggs lightly; add eggs to bananas. In a separate bowl sift sugar, flour, salt and soda. Add banana mixture and sour cream. Mix well. Grease and flour pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
