Delicious Sausage Muffins > appetizer size
1 cup bisquick 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese; cut into small cubes 1/4 lb sausage; browned & drained 2/3 cup milk 1/2 cup cheddar cheese; shredded 1/4 cup green onion; chopped 2 large eggs; lightly beaten
Directions: Mix dry ingredients together. Combine eggs and milk and add to dry ingredients. Fill greased miniature muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake in a 350 degree oven 35-40 minutes, until lightly browned and firm. Yield: 2 dozen muffins.
