EASY SPOON ROOLS
1 package active dry yeast 2 tbsp. warm water ½ cup vegetable oil ¼ cup sugar 1 egg, beaten 4 cups self-rising flour 2 cups warm milk or water
Combine yeast and 2 tbps. warm water in a bowl and let stand for 5 minutes. Combine yeast mixture, oil and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until smooth Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 4 days. Preheat oven to 350°. <br>Stir batter and spoon into greased muffin pans, filling ¾ full. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot with plenty of butter
