Yorkshire Pudding Bread
1 cup all purpose flour ½ tsp salt 3 med eggs 1 cup milk 2 Tbs roast meat drippings
Mix flour, salt and add eggs and milk. Beat well and let set 30 minutes. Pour over hot meat fat in a hot pie pan. Bake 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, or until puffy and crisply brown. Serve with Roast Beef and horseradish sauce.
