BROCCOLI BREAD Ingredients: 10 oz. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained 1 C. chopped onion 1 stick butter or margarine, melted 4 eggs, beaten 6 oz. cottage cheese 1 (8 oz.) jar Jalapeño Cheese Whiz, softened 1 (12 oz.) can Niblets corn 1 box "Jiffy" corn muffin mix Preparation: Mix onion, butter, eggs, cottage cheese, Cheese Whiz and corn together. Blend in muffin mix and then add broccoli, stirring lightly just until blended.. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350°F for about 40 minutes. Jay
