There was a recipe in one of the Nitty Gritty Cookbooks for a Potato Bread for the Breadmachine that used a real potato. You baked a 6 oz potato in the microwave and put it in the measuring cup cut up and added water to a certain point. I can't find the cookbook to save my life. Does anyone have this recipe? Much thanks.

Hi Tignor, I checked with my sister-in-law to see if she had this recipe. She sent it to me today in an email. I have posted it for you in the Bread Machine thread of this message board. Happy baking! -Shortcake
