3 - eggs 6 oz . cottage cheese 1 - 10 oz . box frozen chopped broccoli , thawed and drained well 1 - reg . size can Mexican corn , drain completely 1 - stick margarine , melted 1/4 - teaspoon salt 1 - medium onion , chopped small 1 - box jiffy cornbread mix
Preheat oven to 450 degrees . In a large bowl stir together the first 7 ingredients . Add jiffy cornbread mix . Stir well . Lightly grease a 9 by 13 pan . Pour into pan . Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes . Cut into squares and serve .
