Mom's Beer Bread - TNT
3 c. self-rising flour
1 can beer
2 tbl. sugar
pinch salt
Mix together all ingredients until blended. Pour into pan large enough to hold batter. Bake at 350ยบ F for 40 - 55 minutes, or until done. Tapping the top will produce hollow sound.
My Mom made this a lot when we were all at home, so the instructions are in her own words. It tasts great!!
