Apple/Cinnamon, Walnut, Oatmeal Mix
1 7oz. package dried apples, finely chopped 1 18oz. container of oats, blended to a smaller size 1 3oz. jar non-dairy creamer 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Use a 1 quart, wide-mouth canning jar. Pack each layer. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and then pour into the jar. Seal and decorate, and attach the recipe tag.
Apple/Cinnamon, Walnut, Oatmeal For every 1/2 cup of the mix, add 2/3 cups boiling water, mixing until well blended. Let it thicken by sitting mixture aside for a few minutes. Eat as is or this may also be added to ingredients when you make your pancakes!!!

Cinnamon Oat Pancake Mix
4 cups oats 2 cups all purpose flour 2 cups whole wheat flour 1 cup non-fat dry milk 2 tablespoons cinnamon 5 teaspoons salt 3 tablespoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
Use a large wide-mouth jar. Pack each layer. Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl and then pour into the jar. Seal, decorate, and attach the recipe tag to the jar. (Makes enough for 4 batches)
Cinnamon Oat Pancakes For 1 batch you will need: 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 cup water 2 cups Cinnamon Oat Pancake Mix Use a large bowl to beat the eggs and vegetable oil together. Add the pancake mix and the water and mix well. Make the pancakes as you normally would.

3 c. all purpose flour 3 tbsps. sugar 2 tbsps. baking powder 4 1/2 tsps. ground cinnamon 1 1/4 tsp. salt dried fruits, optional
Use a 1 quart, wide-mouth canning jar. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt together in a bowl. Then pour into the jar and pack firmly. Place the dried fruits into a sandwich bag and place on top of mix. Seal and decorate, and attach the recipe tag to the jar.
Cinnamon Pancakes For 1 batch, you will need: 1 egg, slightly beaten 3/4 c. milk 2 tbsps. vegetable oil 1 1/3 c. pancake mix Use a large bowl to combine the egg, milk and oil. Pour in the pancake mix and blend until just moistened. Make the pancakes as you normally would.

Ingredients:
Dry Mix Ingredients 3 cups all-purpose flour 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon 2 1/4 tablespoons white sugar 2 tablespoons baking powder 1 1/4 teaspoons salt To Make Batter Combine 1 1/3 Cups Dry Mix With the Following: 3/4 cup milk 1 egg 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions 1 In a quart jar, combine all ingredients in layers, placing flour on bottom, then cinnamon in middle and other ingredients on top. Place seal on jar. Store in a cool, dry place up to 6 months. 2 To make Batter for Cinnamon Pancakes: In a medium bowl, combine milk, egg, vegetable oil. Whisk in 1 1/3 cups prepared Dry Pancake Mix until moistened but still lumpy. 3 Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
