1 box (.3 oz) sugar free lime gelatin 1/4 cup boiling water 2 (6oz) containers key lime pie light yogurt (I used Yoplait light) 1 (8oz) container fat-free whipped topping (i used cool whip light - couldn't find fat free) 1 prepared 9" reduced fat graham cracker crust
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. With wire whisk, stir in yogurt. With wooden spoon, fold in topping. Transfer to prepared crust. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
3 points per serving
148 calories, 3.5 g fat, 1 gram fiber.

Hi Tom. I tried this recipe. It was wonderful. Just need to know....does it serve 6 or 8? 2 pts per serving...1/6th of the pie or 1/8 of the pie. thanks

This is one of my favorite recipes. I use different flavors of yogurt and jello to make different kinds of pie. One of my favorite is lemon. Strawberry is good too. I count it as 3 pts for 8 servings.
