Weight Watchers - Quick Desserts
Ingredients:
1 Cup fat-free milk
3 Tbsp. amaretto
3 Cups frozen strawberries
2 Cups non-fat frozen strawberry yogurt
Directions:
1. Combine fat-free milk and amaretto in an electric blender.
2. With blender running, remove center cap from cover, and slowly drop
frozen strawberries into milk mixture; process until smooth.
3. Add yogurt; process until smooth, stopping as necessary to scrape sides.
4. Serve immediately.
Yield: 4 (1-cup) servings
