2 large egg whites 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 3 Tbsp cocoa 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with aluminum foil. Beat egg whites at moderate speed to hold peaks. Beat sugar 1 Tbsp at a time. Beat in vanilla-reduce speed to low and beat in cocoa. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by tsp. full 1" apart onto baking sheets. Bake 1 hour-turn oven off and leave in 2 more hours (no peeking) remove and store in airtight container. Received this recipe from my weight watchers meeting last year. Enjoy. Makes 40 Per Serving: 23 calories 1 g fat 4 g carbohydrates 3 mg sodium
