Weight Watchers Carrot Casserole 2 Cups Carrots; mashed cooked 2 Tablespoons Low-fat process American cheese (1/2 oz) 1 Egg 1/2 Cup Skim milk 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1/8 Teaspoon Pepper Vegetable cooking spray
Combine all ingredients, except cooking spray; stir well. Pour mixture into a 1 1/2 casserole dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 325F for 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
