Started Body for Life two weeks ago and have lost 7 pounds. Go to the gym 6 days a week and feel great. Lots of energy and muscles are starting to show up. Anyone else on this program that wants to e-mail back and forth let me know.

Hi....I started the BFL plan for the third time a couple of weeks ago. Not sure how much weight I lost but have been working out alone at home and thinking of going to a gym. Do you have any advice for working the abs? That seems to be my biggest problem area. Good luck to you in the challenge!!! Penny :)

Not really any advice to give since I go to the gym and use their equipement I ask the owner to help me. Do you have a gym close by? Maybe they coild help out. Hang in there as it really is a great program, my legs are starting to look great:) Kris

Hi Nicky, My name is Penny and I've just joined for my FOURTH time.............the first time I competed, I got down to a size 4............I am now an 8 and although I feel comfortable at this size, I'd still like to tone up a little.
