TEXTI am looking for a diet buddy in the 40s who is interested in staying in contact on a daily basis or almost daily. I work at home and will try to lose 15-20 lbs from home. I have lost with WW before very successfully, but strayed and tried other diets such as Atkins' and South Beach. I never stick to any other diet as they are too restrictive. WW includes everything! Even red wine, such as Merlot, which is my favorite and like to have a glass with dinner (or two). I would love to have someone to go through this with to make it fun instead of a DIET. I know, this is a way of life. Debbie

-Hi Debbie, just checked the mail and I am looking forward to being diet buddies. I started adding exercise to my daily routine and decided I have to fit it in everyday. I work two jobs so I have to make the time. I teach horseback riding 3 nights a week and I also work retail, so sometimes my life feels like a juggling act. That is one of the reasons I have now decided to do something for myself.(diet) My children and husband are very supportive but its not the same as having someone doing this at the same time. Good ;uck and eat healthy, Debbie

Riding horses and working sounds like a lot of exercise to me. I on the other hand have a sitting down job, I proof read medical reports for up to 10 hours on some days. I really need to move more than I do. I would like to email instead of writing on the message board. Are you interested in a personal email?
Debbie

Hi Debbie, a personal E-mail sounds fine. I went and got a pilates video tonight. Made the mistake of getting a level 2. Think I was a little over zealous. will go backand get level 1 tommorrow, I figure I can do these on my own in my spare time. You can e-mail me at aldesuja@aol.com
