Hello to all. Was looking up recipes from ww and tops and I found this site. I quit ww 2 yrs. ago and belong to tops 5 yrs. ago and quit . I have really enjoyed reading this site. It's very interesting and has me motavated again. The only thing is, I need great support. I need a diet buddy, since my family doesn't support me much. I need to loose 60 pounds. I'm going to blow the dust off my ww books and start again today. I'll take one day at a time and try my best. Also interested in all ww recipes, so please pass them my way. I'm always open to suggestions. Thank you everyone. Have a nice day. Hope I did this post the correct way. Please forgive me if any mistakes.

Hi There countrytj- I'm looking for a WW diet buddy too! I was on WW two years ago, and lost 32 lbs in 2 months. However, I then got pregnant and wasn't able to continue. I've now started back on WW and am working on loosing 100 lbs. I hope all is going well for you! Talk to you soon!

Hi, so nice to hear from you. I as well have lost weight and then gain it back. I also belong to ww a few years back but quit thinking I could do it at home and save money. Here I am 50 lbs. later. Trying to loose weight is such a battle for me but I do not give up. Thought it would help to have a diet buddy as support. I know I could use the support as well. A little history. I'm 46, married, have a great hubby but not much support, due to he can eat anything & not gain weight. Have 2 kids (grown ) and 3 grandkids. I use to work but due to health reasons, now a house wife. So not as active as I use to be. So it is very hard to loose weight now. I have a bad back and heel spurs so it prevents me from exercising like I would like too. Any suggestions? What food plan are you on now? Let me know then we could swap ideas, recipes and much needed support. Have a nice day.

hello, I am new to the message board and not sure of what I am doing as far as posting. But i became very excited when reading this forum. I would love to help anyone out there needing support with dieting. I am not on weight watchers, but am dieting and have been since Oct. of last year. Dieting can be hard when doing it alone, and sometimes it just helps to have people to talk to. I am on a lowfat diet and walk 2 miles a day, most days, with a friend. Would enjoy talking with other dieters. Thanks, Robin
