2 pounds lean venison, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes 1 medium onion, sliced 3 stalks of celery, cut and diced 6 carrots, sliced 2 teaspoons salt 1 tablespoon sugar 2 tablespoons tapioca 1/2 cup tomato juice
Place meat in large baking dish. Add vegetables. Blend salt, sugar and tapioca, sprinkle over top. Add tomato juice and cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 4 hours. Serve with potatoes.
