Venison Burgers 2 1/2 cups ground venison 1/2 cup minced onion 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 cup chopped parsley 2/3 cup dry red wine 2 tablespoons soy sauce salt and pepper Mix ingredients together and form into thick patties. Grill or broil in oven for 10 minutes or desiered doness on each side.
