Venison Barbeque Sandwich
2 pounds venison, cubed 1 can tomato soup 1 cup water 1/2 cup vinegar 1/2 cup Worchestershire sauce 1/4 cup sugar 1 onion, chopped fine garlic salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients in heavy pan. Cook 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Venison Sauerkraut Rolls
Preheat oven at 350 degrees
Pound meat quite thin and cut into pieces about 3 by 4 inches. Dice bacon and fry, add onion and cook five minutes. Add sugar, salt, pepper and kraut. Heat thoroughly. Place a portion of kraut mixture in center of each piece of meat. Roll and tie with string. Place rolls in greased casserole and add meat stock. Bake at 350 degrees one hour or until tender.
