Southern Fried Quail Clean and wipe thoroughly Quail salt & pepper and dredge with flour. Have a deep frying pan 1/2 full of oil. Put in the Quail cook for a few minutes on high thencover pan and reduce heat cook slowly until tender turning the Quail to the other side when golden brown. Garnished with slices of lemon and sprigs of parsley. ;D
