Cook Duck until tender. Remove from water & cool, and debone it into bite size pieces. Put Duck back in pot.Add this mix to broth:Start with 2 Tbsp. of garlic, salt and black pepper to taste.Cook uncovered on medium high 1 hour. Then Make your drop biscuit mix for dumplings.carefully drop by Tbs. full into boiling broth.Put lid back on and trun heat down to a simmer and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.Don't lift lid while dumplings or cooking or they will get doughy and chewwy.
