Beef and Venison Marinade ½ c. Prepared Sun-dried Tomato Pesto 1 Lime, zest and juice Place ingredients in plastic bag( reserve some for when meat is done) add Beef, Wild Game such as Venison. Seal bag close shake and let set in refrigerator for overnight Just grill, bake or broil your meat. 140 on meat thermometer for medium rare Salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with sun-dried tomato if desired. Let meat stand for 10 minute before cutting. Presto you've got a meal that will thrill everyone.
