1lb swiss or round steak cut in 1" cubes 2Tbs Margarine or butter 1pkg dry onion soup mix 2 c water 1Tbs tomato paste 3 Tbs cornstarch 1can mushrooms 1/2 pkg egg noodles 1/2 c sour cream
Brown meat in butter. Remove meat from pan and add onion soup mix, tomato paste, cornstarch and water. Cook til slightly thickened. Add meat and mushrooms. Cover simmer 1 1/2 hours. Add noodles and simmer another 1/2 hour or until noodles are cooked. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
