1 pound of lean ground beef 1 pound box of macaroni any kind (I used tiny shells today) 1/4 Cup of dry minced onion 1t. Salt Pepper to taste (I like lots) 3 cans (8 oz . each ) tomato sauce 8 Cups of water 16 oz. bag of frozen corn
Brown beef, onions, salt and pepper. Add macaroni and stir into beef cook about 1 min. stirring constantly. Add tomato sauce and water bring to a boil and boil for 3 min. Stir in frozen corn and remove from heat. Let stand for 30 min before serving. This lets the corn and macaroni finish cooking with out getting soggy. This makes a lot about a dutch oven full. I would say 3 to 4 1/2 quarts.
