A different way of doing a beef roast. equal amounts of ground coffee and cocoa powder. Coat roast in this rub (don't just rub it on) Roast 400 degree for 10 minutes turn over down to 250 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. This can be done with any roast but you would have to vary the 250 degree time for roasting. An arm roast would take 20 minutes for rare but a butt roast would take up to 45 minutes for rare.
